Create Direct Chat

Compatibility alias for opening the canonical direct chat.

TOS-721 supersedes TOS-262's multiple-DM-per-pair behavior: repeated opens return/revive the same root direct chat. Separate threads must be explicit topics, not accidental duplicate DMs.
