Choose Auto Continue Chain
Answer a paused automatic follow-up chain: Keep going or Stop here (TOS-442).
A chain pauses at its follow-up limit with work left and nothing running. keep_going resumes the same job with a fresh budget; stop records that the person ended it. Idempotent: with no paused chain of the caller's to answer it returns {"applied": false}.
