Add a recording to a stack

Works with: Personal token

Adds an existing recording to a stack. Requires edit access to the stack and view access to the recording. Returns 409 if the recording is already in the stack. Note: Stacks have been renamed to Playlists across Supercut. The endpoint paths and payloads remain `stacks` for backwards compatibility.
