Remove a person's access to a playlist

Works with: Personal token

Removes the access a workspace member was given to a playlist. They keep any access they have through a team or the whole workspace. Removing someone without specific access changes nothing. Note: Stacks have been renamed to Playlists across Supercut. The endpoint paths and payloads remain `stacks` for backwards compatibility.
