Get stack metadata

Works with: Personal token Workspace token

Returns a playlist the caller can view, including the teams and workspace members it is shared with and each one's access level. Note: Stacks have been renamed to Playlists across Supercut. The endpoint paths and payloads remain `stacks` for backwards compatibility.
