Set a person's access to a playlist

Works with: Personal token

Gives a workspace member viewer, editor or admin access to a playlist, or changes their level. They are notified the first time they are given access. Note: Stacks have been renamed to Playlists across Supercut. The endpoint paths and payloads remain `stacks` for backwards compatibility.
