REST API

List comments and replies for a recording

Works with: Personal token Workspace token

Returns a flat oldest-first list of top-level comments and replies for the recording, with their emoji reactions. Replies reference their parent comment via `parent_public_id`. Mentions in `content` read `@name`, and `mentions` lists who was mentioned.
