Get a recording frame image URL

Works with: Personal token Workspace token

Returns a signed URL for a video frame at the requested timestamp. Defaults to the composed `screen_and_camera` frame; pass `source` to read the screen or camera track on its own. Requesting a source the recording does not have returns a 404 listing the ones it does. If the recording is still processing, returns the public processing status instead.
