Daily Signal Subscribe
Public double-opt-in subscribe.
Upserts a pending row with a fresh opt-in token (only its SHA-256 hash is stored) and emails a confirm link. No enumeration: any well-formed address returns 200 regardless of whether it already existed; only a malformed address is a 400.
