Publisher Claim Accept

Author accepts the claim — burns the token, persists payout config + display name. Returns a richer payload so the frontend can deep-link straight into the dashboard and offer the Stripe Connect handoff inline (no second round-trip):

  • dashboard_url: signed magic link with slug+token
  • welcome_email_queued: bool — was the dashboard-ready email sent
  • stripe_connect_url: one-time Connect onboarding link (when subs on)
