Admin Trending Cache Stats

Read-only stats for the /v1/trending in-process cache.

Same shape + per-worker semantics as the search-cache stats above. Trending Q2 (24h active-publishers aggregation) was the slow leg (~9.9s wall-clock) before PR #336 landed this cache; expect hit rates >90% under steady operator-dashboard load.

Auth: admin token (X-Storyflo-Email-Token).
