Admin Magic Link Request

Send a sign-in link to an allowlisted admin email. Same response shape regardless of whether the email is on the allowlist — prevents enumeration of who's authorized. Allowlist via ADMIN_MAGIC_LINK_EMAILS env var (default story@storyflo.com).
