Serve Audio Mp3

Sibling of /v1/audio/{key}.wav for the MP3 encoding.

MP3 is the canonical R2 upload format for new renders as of 2026-06-10, replacing the WAV master to free ~95% of R2 bucket space (WAV was 96% of the 10 GB free-tier cap). Apple Podcasts / Spotify ingest both accept audio/mpeg (MP3); Opus is the web-player format for Chrome/Firefox/Safari 17+.

Filesystem backend (dev): streams the local .mp3 file if present. R2 backend: 302-redirects to the R2 object (public bucket URL or 1-hour presigned URL, same as the .wav and .opus routes).
