Mcp Sse Stream

MCP streamable-http requires a GET endpoint that opens a server-sent events channel. Claude Desktop's custom connector probes this BEFORE attempting OAuth — without it the UI shows 'Couldn't reach the MCP server'.

We return a short keepalive stream and close. The actual JSON-RPC traffic still flows over POST /mcp/v1; this exists purely so the client's GET-side probe sees a 200 + text/event-stream and lets the user proceed to OAuth.
