Deactivate the help desk
Changed onTurn the desk off: it stops taking customers at once, its access to its vault is withdrawn, and its email setup is released. Its settings and requests stay, unreadable by anyone until the desk is activated again with the vault's key. Deactivating again finishes a deactivation cut short. Open to an organization whose subscription lapsed. Org admins only, from their own session.
