V4 Me Key

Create or replace the caller's operator key, and return it ONCE.

Session-authenticated exactly like /v4/me (the caller may have no key yet). Stores only the SHA-256 and a 13-char prefix; the previous key, if any, stops working immediately (no grace period — operator decision 2026-09-22).
