Upload Draft

Upload an LLM-drafted message and (optionally) swarm judge metadata.

Payload: id : mission uuid content : drafted message body disagreement : float [0..1] — max-min across judge scores (S0.3) skeptic : float [0..1] analyst : float [0..1] optimist : float [0..1] low_confidence : bool — true when swarm fused < 0.40 and content is a placeholder asking the operator to write the draft manually. Dashboard collapses these by default.
