Scout Ingest

Score a feed page the operator's own client read. Tenant-scoped.

Body: {"station_id": "...", "entries": [{"link", "title", "summary", "author", "published"}, ...]} with 1-50 entries. The station must belong to the caller and be active. Scoring runs in the background like a scout cycle; missions appear in the queue and on the stream as usual.
