The store-credit wallet: balance and history

Dollar credit earned at levels 10, 15 and 20 by paid users, members and clients (BE-7.1). While store credit is switched off (store_credit_enabled: false on /rewards/me) this is enabled: false with a zero balance and no entries — the app shows no wallet.
