Stop sharing data for a prize before it is delivered

Changed on

PP v2.4 §2A: "You may withdraw the consent at any time before delivery." Ends the coach's prize-scoped access immediately. The prize is kept. Idempotent — returns withdrawn: false when access had already ended (expired, delivered or withdrawn). 404 if the prize never asked for consent.
