Puts the coach's 15-minute marker on their reward calendar (and in GHL) at their first open reward slot that day; the chat opens at the start of date in timezone, straight away when that is today. 409 DAY_UNAVAILABLE when the coach (or every coach, for first available) has nothing open that day any more; 409 ALREADY_BOOKED.
