Take the comparable prize instead of the coaching chat

Changed on

Only while no coach has a day open (409 DAYS_OPEN otherwise). Swaps the prize for the substitute from GET chat-days and delivers it — returns a claim result (next_action, usually open_chat). 409 NO_SUBSTITUTE when nothing qualifies, ALREADY_BOOKED once a day is booked.
