Set Supervisor Training

A dated window in which two desk supervisors may share a shift.

Frederick, 2026-09-24: "They always have to work opposite shifts" -- and, the same day, "Next week I will have Gagandeep work the same shift as Mark for training." So the exception is a WINDOW with a start, an end and a reason, set by a manager; the rule applies again by itself the day after it ends. Gated on people:write, the same grant that publishes a roster: it changes what a published schedule is allowed to hold.
