Where a cover ask's one-tap link lands. READ ONLY, the same rule floor_blocks.routes.open_offer_link follows: a link preview or a chat unfurler fetches a URL without anybody tapping it, so nothing here may accept -- POST .../accept below is the only thing that writes an answer.
