Who Is On The Clock

Everybody on the clock at at (default now), everybody scheduled then and not in, and for the customer-service desk what they did and what sat.

⛔READ-ONLY, AND "UNKNOWN" IS A THIRD ANSWER. When the clock cannot be read, clock_available is false and on_the_clock is null -- never an empty list, which would read as "nobody came".
