Whether Rooster's Browserbase sessions use its anti-bot features (Verified browser, residential proxies, CAPTCHA solving) on Pigeonly's own vendor accounts. Read-gated the same as reading a credential's presence (system:credentials:read) -- seeing the switch's position is not the sensitive act; changing it is (see PUT, below, gated on the narrower owner-only grant).

⛔#2334. recent_sessions is what actually ran, not only what the switch is currently set to -- Frederick: "Record the setting's value on every browser-session ledger row." Each row's own anti_bot_ enabled is the value THAT session used, observed at the moment it opened, so a switch flipped since is visible as a change partway down the list rather than silently rewriting history.
