Redeem Import Ticket
Write the ticket's credentials to the vault, once, and burn the ticket. PUBLIC: the approved ticket is the credential. Accepts exactly the vault names of the ticket's scope; the writes are service.set_credential, the same code path as the Integrations card. Only last-fours come back.
