Probe Browserbase

Prove the pasted Browserbase key actually works, on demand -- the same "save then verify" shape /api/system/wise/probe gives Wise's own card. GET /v1/projects only, never a session create (see browserbase.py's own module docstring for why that distinction matters here specifically). Never raises on a bad key -- browserbase.probe_browserbase_key is itself non-raising and records the verdict either way; this only translates that into what the panel shows.
