Countersign

The manager signs what the contractor signed, and both parties get the executed copy.

⛔THE SIGNER IS WHOEVER IS SIGNED IN, never a name in the body. A countersignature that could name somebody else would be worth nothing as evidence, and this route is behind hr:contractors:write for the same reason the rest of this module's writes are.

The ip and user agent are taken from the request itself, exactly as the contractor's own signature records them.
