Teams Status

Return the tenant's consent, reachability, and slot state.

Scoped to the bearer principal's tenant; reads the tenant's own installation (if any).

teams_configured means this deployment has the required Microsoft credentials. consent_granted means an ACTIVE installation exists. app_reachable means that installation carries an allowed Bot Connector service URL. Teams supplies that URL only with a real inbound activity from the workspace, so it proves the app package is installed and Patricia has been reached there. connected requires all three conditions because a stored reply address cannot make Patricia usable after those credentials are removed. The other booleans report only their observed state. slot_held means a new Teams workspace cannot connect. It remains true for a CANCELLED installation as well.
