List the SharePoint sites this connection can reach

Suggestions for the site picker. Walks the connection's own site collections — keyword search, followed sites, and subsites recursively — and returns them deduplicated. Gated by the same rule as reading and replacing the policy, because the list names sites and so describes part of the estate. This is never the whole estate: the sources are followed sites and keyword matches, and a connection can reach a site that is neither, so offer a way to enter one that is not listed. sources_exhausted says only whether every request finished; false means even these sources were not fully read. search seeds the site-search source, which the provider requires a term for; followed sites and subsites are read without one.
