Set or clear a connected account's nickname

Sets a human nickname on a connected account (e.g. 'Stripe US') so a tenant can tell multiple accounts of the same app apart; the agent uses it to route to the right one. Send an empty/null label to clear it. Tenant-scoped: a foreign/unknown account id 404s.

TEAM: any actor in the tenant. PERSONAL: only the actor who connected it. Designed to extend to a GROUP scope later (the Groups model is already on main).
