Slack Status

Whether this tenant has a Slack installation. Drives the connected/disconnected UI.

Reads the chat-platform install (the Slack bot / PlatformInstallation), NOT a Slack tool integration account: those are different things, and the Channels card means the former.

The response carries the workspace (team) id and Patricia's own bot user id, the pair a client needs to deep-link into the direct message with her. The bot user id is null on an install recorded before it was stored, so a client must have a workspace-level fallback.

True when an ACTIVE Slack platform installation exists for the tenant.

platform_tenant_idstring nullable required

The Slack workspace (team) id, or null when there is no live install.

platform_bot_user_idstring nullable required

Patricia's own Slack user id, used to open the direct message with her. Null when there is no live install, and also null for an older install recorded before the id was stored.
