Pick the LinkedIn ad account Patricia uses by default

Makes one discovered, active, switched-on ad account the default. Anything else is refused. Reads the connection's stored discovery rather than calling LinkedIn, so opening the picker costs nothing against LinkedIn's daily limits. Tenant- AND owner-scoped: a foreign, unknown, non-LinkedIn or not-visible account id 404s.
