Pick the Meta ad account Patricia uses by default

Makes one of a Meta Ads connection's discovered ad accounts its default, which is what an unqualified question resolves to when several are switched on. Naming an ad account this connection never discovered, one Meta reports as closed, or one that is switched off, is refused rather than stored. Tenant- AND owner-scoped: a foreign, unknown, non-Meta or not-visible account id 404s.
