Choose which LinkedIn pages Patricia may use

Sets the whole enabled set. An id this connection never discovered is refused. An empty list parks the pages. Reads the connection's stored discovery rather than calling LinkedIn, so opening the picker costs nothing against LinkedIn's daily limits. Tenant- AND owner-scoped: a foreign, unknown, non-LinkedIn or not-visible account id 404s.
