Get Intel Entities Status

Public entity-verification status -- AGGREGATE COUNTS ONLY.

Deliberately exposes no entity_name and no lei. Those are public reference data rather than buyer_did (Rule #11 does not apply to them), but they are the product, so the unauthenticated endpoint reports shape and freshness and nothing else.
