Post Discovery Hit

Fire-and-forget discovery hit logger (Task 2.1). Never raises.

Called server-side by the Next.js .well-known dynamic routes, so it has no auth. Must be fast: one INSERT, no further processing. Rule #9: statement_cache_size=0. Rule #11: no buyer_did, no IP.
