Create Class Chatroom

Start an instant ORG-LINKED class room and drop the teacher in as host.

Unlike /create (which produces a regular, non-school room), the room here has organization_id set, so it flows into the school's Classes & reports. The caller must be a teacher/admin/owner of the org. Returns the same shape as /create (room_name, join_code, token, server_url) so the frontend can navigate straight into the room.
