Send a message to ChaCha AI and get a response.

The {user_id} in the path is IGNORED and kept only so existing clients keep working: until 2026-09-18 it was the only thing this endpoint knew about the caller, so anyone on the internet could write messages into any account's ChaCha conversation and read ChaCha's reply built from that account's profile. The caller is current_user_id, from the token.
