Legacy translation endpoint - redirects to chat translation.

Signed in only (2026-09-18 route-auth review). Its one caller, PassageReader.jsx, already sends the bearer token; anonymous callers were reaching it because nothing asked. It answers a canned dict rather than translating, so nothing here reads the caller's data - the dependency is here so the route says who may call it, like every other route.
