List Chatroom Sessions For Analytics

List chatroom sessions where the current user participated, for analytics.

Returns chatroom call sessions with transcript availability, participant info, and the user's join/leave window. Sessions appear as soon as the user leaves the chatroom (left_at is set), even if the room is still active.
