Get Class Report

End-of-class report for org staff: per-student rollup, class-wide patterns, and feedback on the teacher's own facilitation. Aggregates the per-call summaries across the main room + all its breakouts.

Access is ORG-STAFF only (owner/admin/teacher of the room's organization) or a platform admin — NOT the room creator by itself. A regular (non-school) call with no organization_id has no class report.
