Class Plan Grid

The week/term grid: ONE ROW PER SCHEDULED SESSION in range, each with its plan or plan: null.

The nulls are the feature — they are the "unplanned" cells. Scoped with the same _resolve_class_scope the attendance surfaces use, so a teacher sees their own sections by default and an admin sees the school.
