The caller's own home zone in this school. Always the caller, from the token, never from the body (security rule 2).

{"timezone": "Europe/Berlin"} chooses one of the school's zones; {"browser_timezone": "Europe/Madrid"} is the first-visit default, which picks the school zone with the same current offset and never overwrites a zone already chosen.
