List Org Channels

Every channel of the school, for a staff management screen.

Students do not use this — they get their own channels, already joined, from GET /channels/school. can_manage is per row because a teacher may rename or delete only what belongs to a section they staff, and is_default marks the two automatic kinds, which nobody may touch.
