Retarget Segment
Global Targeting screen "Save & re-search" (T-286).
Persist the free-text geo / company-size targeting prompts onto the segment, then — if the segment is actively working — nudge its agent to re-search with the new targeting (the agent re-reads both fields live from build_segment_context). A paused campaign (user-paused / $0-budget / no-card) or a not-yet-launched one just stores the values; they apply on resume/launch.
