Sync Hubspot Hot Leads
Backfill all EXISTING hot leads into the connected HubSpot (the live hook only covers hot leads that happen after connect). Idempotent per lead via the push ledger — pressing Sync repeatedly never duplicates deals. Runs in the background; the page's pushed counter reflects progress.
