Is this ref code a T-17 referral code (→ show the "+$25" checkout badge)?

Exact match against organization.referral_code — blogger / paid-campaign codes ride the same explee_ref cookie but must NOT show the badge (they only carry the regular trial). Public and unauthenticated by design: it leaks only "this code is somebody's referral code", which the invite link itself already says.
