Get Orgs With Projects

List this user's other orgs (not the active one) that hold a real AutoGTM project — the app shell offers a multi-org user a one-click switch out of an empty org into one with their work (T-341). "Real project" mirrors the /user definition: an active project with at least one segment, archived included (segmentless shells don't count; a project whose campaigns are all archived is still the user's work — T-1708). Ordered newest-project first so the most recent workspace is at the top. Empty list when no other org qualifies (the current org's empty-state then stands).
